Enrollment Forms
We use Brightwheel for our electronic registration, billing, attendance, teacher-parent communication and more. To start the enrollment process, please create a Brightwheel account and get started with your enrollment form.
If you’d rather fill out a PDF and email it to us, you can download the enrollment PDF here. If enrolled, we will eventually ask you to set up a Brightwheel account at a later time.
